Booking windows for a class close 12 hours before start time. If at least 2 spots aren't filled in a class, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified of cancellation at least 8 hours prior to start time.

45 minute intro class to set you up for success in all things trapeze. Gain confidence in getting in and out of the sling, transitioning into traction, and learn some of our favorite poses.
45 minute class perfectly crafted to work on your flexibility, mobility, and your balance. Enjoy gentle movement and the serenity this class brings.
45 minute sculpt class to kick your booty but in an almost relaxing sort of way! Come ready to test your limits, stretch your mind, and dare your body to do new and unexpected things!
45 minute restorative class, for the ultimate escape, hold poses for longer so your body has time to completely melt and find comfort in total relaxation.
30 minute speed class, we move quickly through different elements from our sculpt class and our flex and balance. Perfect for that quick afternoon pick me up.
90 minute intro class to set you up for success in all things stand up paddleboard. Gain confidence in getting on the water, learning to paddle, safety, SUP 101, along with some of our favorite poses.
90 minute paddleboard and yoga class. Paddle with us to our designated cove of the day, find your zen with a 60 minute yoga class and fully relax in a sun filled version of savasana.
90 minute paddleboard and yoga class. Paddle with us to our designated cove for our warm up, once we hit our destination enjoy a quick paced yoga and hiit inspired class., cool down in a relaxing savasana, and a gentle paddle back to our docking point!
Hatha inspired yoga class geared towards beginners but available to all levels.
For 1st-trimester mama-to-be. Enjoy a relaxing class focused on breathing to support a healthy birth, flexibility and balance, and some strength building. It is best to talk to your practitioner before signing up. In some pregnancies, traction is not advised. If you would like to participate but do not want to participate in traction, let us know prior to class.
Ideal for any time in your pregnancy journey but specifically curated for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters when movement might start to be a bigger challenge. Enjoy an extended class time and relax as we move through gentle poses to keep you connected to your breath, your baby, and prep your mind for birthing that precious baby. Our personal favorite and we hope it will be yours too! Join us for a perfect way to relax, set your daily intentions, and enjoy a cup of coffee from our favorite coffee shop and neighbor, Opera House.
This 30 minutes session starts with a coffee of your choice, pre-ordered and waiting for you upon your arrival to the studio. Get comfy in your sling and cocoon for the next 30 minutes. Use the time to enjoy your hot cup of coffee, relax and release any tension that may be guiding your day, set your daily intentions or completely let your mind empty. The choice is yours! This is our only guaranteed silent class. This time is yours to enjoy however you choose. We all need easy moments to restore our body, we've made this class to specifically make it accessible to anyone who just needs some time away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life.
Enjoy a relaxing nature filled yoga session complete with sweet furry goats. Bask in the sunshine while performing downward dog. Take your cup of goat snacks and lure a goat to come snuggle with you during savasana for the ultimate goat yoga wind down experience. We promise you'll either be laughing or cuddling your entire class.
