We have a variety of classes offered throughout the week. Classes are slightly adaptable to the attendees to keep them beginner friendly while also giving a challenging experience to those more advanced.
An intro class is required before attending any other classes, excluding traditional yoga classes.
We suggest after your intro starting with a restorative or balance class before jumping into any of the sculpting classes.

Want something a little more focused on your and your specific goals? We're introducing private classes that will be available primarily weekday mornings but if we can we'll be more than happy to chat about a more customized schedule if needed. Classes can vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on our pre-arranged schedule
Private classes will be a first come first serve until we are at capacity. At this time we only have room for 5 private clients.

The yoga trapeze is a sling similar to a hammock (visually) but made with the intention to be a yoga prop.
The sling allows for supported inversions, dynamic bodyweight training, passive and deeper backbends all while working to increase your core and upper body strength and create traction in your spine to help decrease aches and pains over time.
The yoga trapeze is a truly unique experience for the fitness community. It brings joy into fitness as it’s virtually impossible to not have fun while hanging in traction jackson or banana man. It makes yoga accessible to even those that struggle with yoga allowing gravity to do a lot of the work so you can ease into the asanas.

Our studio is so much more than a yoga studio. We’ve branded ourselves as a trapeze yoga + wellness studio. We take whole body wellness seriously here.
We prioritize natural health and while we are not practitioners, we educate ourselves daily on best practices for keeping our bodies holistically well. We were made to thrive not just survive.
One major way we do this is by keeping our studio a FRAGRANCE-FREE ZONE, synthetic fragrances are endocrine disruptors targeting your thyroid and hormonal health, we use pure essential oils if we want to boost the vibe. Synthetic fragrances are a no-go in the studio. And we kindly ask all of our students to not wear any perfumes or lotions prior to coming to a class. As you hang with us, you’ll learn why this is a non-negotiable.
