We have a variety of classes offered throughout the week. Classes are slightly adaptable to the attendees to keep them beginner friendly while also giving a challenging experience to those more advanced. 
An intro class is required before attending any other classes, excluding traditional yoga classes. 
We suggest after your intro starting with a restorative or balance class before jumping into any of the sculpting classes.

We're introducing private classes that will be available primarily weekday mornings but if we can we'll be more than happy to chat about a more customized schedule if needed. Classes can vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on our pre-arranged schedule

Private classes will be a first come first serve until we are at capacity. At this time we only have room for 5 private clients.

Our cozy little studio is tucked away in the heart of downtown Durant, just a hop away from the sweetest coffee joint in town, Opera House. Picture this: you wake up bright and early, strut on over to our studio for a trapeze session, then reward yourself with a delicious pumpkin butternut squash latte. After that, stretch your legs and take a stroll around town, checking out all the charming boutiques and shops.

The yoga trapeze is a sling similar to a hammock (visually) but made with the intention to be a yoga prop. 

The sling allows for supported inversions, dynamic bodyweight training, passive and deeper backbends all while working to increase your core and upper body strength and create traction in your spine to help decrease aches and pains over time. 

The yoga trapeze is a truly unique experience for the fitness community. It brings joy into fitness as it’s virtually impossible to not have fun while hanging in traction jackson or banana man.  It makes yoga accessible to even those that struggle with yoga allowing gravity to do a lot of the work so you can ease into the asanas.

Our studio is so much more than a yoga studio. We’ve branded ourselves as a trapeze yoga + wellness studio. We take whole body wellness seriously here. 

We prioritize natural health and while we are not practitioners, we educate ourselves daily on best practices for keeping our bodies holistically well. We were made to thrive not just survive. 

One major way we do this is by keeping our studio a FRAGRANCE-FREE ZONE, synthetic fragrances are endocrine disruptors targeting your thyroid and hormonal health, we use pure essential oils if we want to boost the vibe. Synthetic fragrances are a no-go in the studio. And we kindly ask all of our students to not wear any perfumes or lotions prior to coming to a class. As you hang with us, you’ll learn why this is a non-negotiable.

While some experience may make the general concept easier it is certainly not require.
 The yoga trapeze is for everybody. everyone starts at the same level in the beginning, there's a learning curve whether you're really into yoga or not. 
but it's worth it!

Sometimes, yes. Everybody will respond differently to the trapeze. Some can hang for 30 minutes from the start others may struggle to hang for a minute.

Our goal is to take things slowly, get you familiar and comfortable in the sling and the poses and most importantly see how your body responds. Sometimes progress can be slow and It may take a few sessions to get you hanging through the whole class and that is okay! This is your practice not anyone elses. 

Yes, the sling can hold up to 300lbs comfortably.

While inversion (being upside down) is not advised, you could still participate In more of our flexibility and stretching classes. Utilizing the trapeze through other movements and simply not invert.

Our other advice would be to talk to your medical provider for further approval.  

if you have medical concerns, we will always suggest talking with your medical provider about any form of physical activity but definitely inversion.

If there is a particular medical condition that you are worried about please reach out personally.

We are more than happy to chat with you about your concerns and see if there is a better approach for you!

Yes! This Is required to move on to any of our other class types. The yoga trapeze does have a learning curve.

Our intro class will walk through the proper ways of getting in and out of your sling, the most popular covered poses, and general safety. The first class is more of a get to know the trapeze, it’s simple, it’s fun, and come prepared to make yourself feel silly. It’s the natural process of feeling just slightly awkward while your body learns a new skill.
